I.              HBM and MM Testing:
A. Bench HV 2 pin testing:

1. ORYX M700 HBM/MM ESD Simulator

2. HBM to +/- 16KV to JEDEC, ESDA, or MIL 883 STD

3. MM to 2KV to JEDEC or ESDA Standards

4. "0" PreVoltage

 

B. IMCS M5000 192 pin auto testing:
        1. HBM to +/- 10KV to JEDEC, ESDA, or MIL 883 STD
        2. MM to 2KV to JEDEC or ESDA Standards 

 

II.                HBM, MM. and LU Testing:
A. ORYX M11000 512 pin auto testing:
B. ORYX M11000EX 2000 pin auto testing:
C. Thermo-Fisher MK4 2304 pin auto testing:      

                                    1. HBM to +/- 8KV to JEDEC, ESDA, or MIL 883 STD
                                    2. MM to 2KV to JEDEC or ESDA Standards
                                    3. LU to JEDEC EIA/JESD78 

 

III.        CDM Testing:
 A. ORYX M9000 CDM ESD Simulator
 Up to +/- 4KV CDM to JEDEC or ESDA Standard
 
B. ORYX ORION CDM ESD Simulator
 Up to +/- 2KV CDM to JEDEC or ESDA Standard
