University Associates-Silicon Valley LLC has completed
the first phase evaluation of the four developer team
responses to its Request for Qualifications issued in June
2009. Following the July 16th meeting of its Board of
Governors, UA-SV has selected two finalist teams for the
second phase leading to the selection of a development
team to form the private element of its public-private
partnership to develop a portion of the NASA Research
Park as a sustainable community for research and education.
The two teams selected to develop business plans for
UA-SV consideration are:

Swinerton Builders/Skanska USA Building Inc.
