- Excellent written and oral communication

- Conduct Factory, Controlled Environments, Equipment
Audits to Generate Corrective Actions
with the capability to recommend cost saving solutions.
- Excellent problem solving skills with
the ability to rapidly assess complex
details and implement solutions
- Member of one of the ANSI/ESD Standards
Committees (in order to stay up to date
on the newest test methods and research findings)
- Computer ESD Instrumentation for Field
and Laboratory Testing
- Capability to generate white papers
and magazine articles
- Endorsement from at least 3 Customers
- Successful Track record in ESD Training
- Ability to Generate Stand Alone Evaluations
and Test Methods
- US Citizen to prevent theft of intellectual
property by foreign entities
- Experience in Defense Manufacturing,
Disk Drive, Semiconductor, Medical Electronics, Telecommunications
and Fiber Optics Industry
- 5 Years track record as a consultant
- The ability to manage multiple projects
concurrently while producing consistent quality results on time
- Meet Deadlines on Time
- Adhere to a Code of Ethics
