? Current Certification as an iNARTE Certified ESD Engineer
? Proven ESD Materials expertise
? ESD Test Methods expertise with troubleshooting skills
? Excellent written and oral communication Skills
? Ability to conduct Facility Audits, In-Process Validation of Equipment for
Corrective Actions and recommendations for cost savings
? Excellent problem solving skills with the ability rapidly assess complex details
and implement solutions
? Member of one of the ANS/ESD Standards Committees (in order to stay current
with the latest test methods and research findings
? Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to rapidly assess complex details and implement solutions
? Member of one of the ANSI/ESD Standards Committees (in order to stay up to date with the
newest test methods and research findings)
? Computerized ESD instrumentation for Field and Laboratory Testing
? Capability to generate white papers and technical publications for peer review
? Endorsement of ESD expertise from at least 3 customers from Industry
? Successful proven track record in ESD Training
? Capability to generate Stand Alone Evaluations and Test Methods
? Proven expertise in Aerospace/Defense Manufacturing, Disk Drive, Semiconductor, Medical Electronics,
Telecommunications and Consumer Electronics.
? Five (5) years Track Record as a Consultant
? Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while producing consistently high quality results on time
