ü     This ESD Tutorial helps understand the aspect of ESD which will help companies to save their ESD sensitive products from damage loss of income. I'm sincerely very thankful for the sponsor of this tutorial.

ü     I would like to thank the sponsors and the speaker for providing the training and sharing the knowledge. It is really a wonderful job done.

ü     I have learned a lot more about ESD from your seminar. For a start, we have decided to provide grounding to all our trolleys. Keep up the Good Work and feel free to make an appointment to visit us.

ü     I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Organizer ( Ire-Tex Corporation ) for taking the interest to educate the community.  I also wanted to say that Bob did a wonderful job on his talk that shows he did his home work very well.

ü     It  is  a  good  seminar,  well-organized  and  conducted. Should  hold  it  more  often  instead  of  4  years  once. Thanks for the invitations.

ü     Good basics for ESD basics and test.

ü     Has a very useful info toward my working or my nature of work.

ü     Great - do it more after.

ü     Excellent presentation. Bob is very knowledgeable on this topic.

ü     Helpful tips and knowledge to help in extreme ESD sensitive areas.

Bob, thank you for your great seminar.

I really enjoy because the fact that we face some questions, And when I ask you regarding the so high power energy that the electrons release when hit the wafers "Bob it is not related with mass ?). Now, I just remind  Mr. Albert Einstein, when he mentioned the increasing in mass proportional to the velocity in the electrons, and the interchange between mass-energy, as essential principle of the physics.

Hello Renee !!!

Thank you for the info.

From SML side we also enjoyed the seminar and we found it very interesting due to now we have a clear point of view of what ESD is and what it can do if we don't work properly.

I'll appreciate it if you keep sending me this kind of information...

Regards and Thank you.

Bob, I just spoke with Renee and gave her a lead to our plant in
Rapid City

As a follow up to the seminar I wanted to tell you that I thoroughly enjoyed the seminar.  Your use of examples and demonstrations really help to drive the salient points home for the attendees.

The coins in the bag are really powerful, because most people would not believe that the metal coins could help to generate a charge.

I have a question that I thought of after the seminar.  If an ungrounded individual puts their hand into an ESD bag and then picks up a PCA with the outside surface of the bag making contact with the board, is the
board in danger? I suspect it is because the bag being still open does not become a Faraday Cage.

It might work if the bag was large enough for the individual to get into, then seal the bag and then grab the board from inside the bag. That's a big bag.

I thought a good demo for this would be to put your hand into a bag and then grad your antenna to see/hear the results.

Let me know your thoughts on the matter.

Again, thanks for the seminar and I look forward to meeting you again sometime soon.

Dear Bob,

Thanks for explaining a lot regarding ESD to us during the training held in
Johor Bahru. While I had gone to some ESD training prior to this one
(organized by HP), I have to admit that I learnt much much more from what
you presented to us, and there are a lot of interesting points as well to
pick up and remember :)

By the way, just to make sure that I can refer to the material presented
from time to time to refresh my memory, is there any way you can email me a
soft copy of the slides? That would be really helpful to me.

Thanks :)
