NASA-Ames Lodging

RMV Technology Group, LLC is conveniently located on-site at NASA Ames Research Center campus.

For visitors to NASA-Ames, you will be required to show your Photo ID Drivers License or your current passport for the Guard when you enter the facility.

Driving Directions from Local Airports to NASA Ames Research Center

From: San Francisco International
Airport (SFO)
S. San Francisco, CA 94080

Drive: Approximately 25 mi

Directions:
1. From airport, merge onto US-101 S.
2. Take the MOFFETT BLVD exit ­ EXIT 398A- toward NASA PKWY
3. Turn right at Moffett Blvd and drive straight ahead to the Main Gate of NASA Ames Research Center
4. Just before reaching the Guard at the Main Gate, there is a STOP Sign.  Show your documentation (PASSPORT, Visa or Drivers License) and tell the Guard you are going to RMV Technology Group LLC.  Proceed straight down Clark Road and turn slightly to the right around the round about and down S. Akron.  You will see Building 19 facing the boulevard on the opposite side of the street on N. Akron.  You can park in the back or side of the building for free.  

 From: San Jose Mineta Airport
2065 Airport Drive, San Jose, CA 95110

Drive: Approximately 11.0 mi

Directions:
1. Head southeast on Airport Blvd
2. Turn left to stay on Airport Blvd
3. Take the Skyport Dr. ramp on the left to CA-87/US-101/Downtown
4. Keep left at the fork to continue toward CA-87N/Guadalupe Pkwy and merge onto CA-87 N/Guadalupe Pkwy
5. Take exit 9B on the left to merge onto US-101 N toward San Francisco
6. Take exit 398 for Moffett Blvd toward NASA Pkwy
7. Turn right at Moffett Blvd and drive straight ahead to the Main Gate of NASA Ames Research Center

Seminar Lodging Details

The NASA Lodge, located in the NASA Ames Research Park and right down the hall in the same building as RMV Technology Group and provides basic and inexpensive lodging accommodations for the frugal traveler.
Limited rooms are available for a rate under Federal Per Diem. Building 19 offers basic accommodations similar to a hotel chain. Building 19 now offers wireless internet.

Building 19     $55 per night*

*There is an additional cost per night if more than one person is staying in the room.

• Call the NASA Lodge at 650-603-7101
• Specify Building 19 in which you want to stay .
• Tell Reservations that you are an attendee of RMV Technology Group, LLC
• Provide credit card information to guarantee the room

  If you are unable to book a room at the NASA Lodge, the alternative is the Navy Lodge, which is just outside the NASA facility and is within walking distance of the RMV NASA Laboratory. 

Amenities include: Free local telephone calls, highchair, free daily in-room coffee, ice, rollaways, free daily newspaper, snack vending, fully equipped kitchenette (dishes, pans, etc.), Cable TV(HBO), air conditioning, FAX/Copy service, microwave, radio/clock, cribs, dining table, irons/ironing board, BBQ/ picnic area.

Within walking: Mini-mart, swimming pool, and  RMV NASA laboratory and training facility. 

Short drive to: Historic Hangar One, Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 in San Francisco, Paramount's Great America Amusement Park in Santa Clara. Historic Monterey, Carmel by the Sea and Pebble Beach are approximately two hours south. Raging Waters, San Jose, 25 miles south. The Great Mall (shopping outlet), 3 miles east in Milpitas.

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in 1500-1800, check-out 1200.

Accommodations: 50 units with air conditioning and private baths. Family accommodations. This is a Nonsmoking facility.

On Bayshore Freeway, US-101, 35 miles south of San Francisco
From US-101 north or south take the Moffett Field exit directly to main gate on Moffett Boulevard Immediate left before gate
Then immediate left onto Vernon Avenue to Navy Lodge, Building 593, on right
