MOFFETT FIELD, CALIFORNIA. Upon nomination by Millenium Engineering & Integration Company, a NASA Ames prime contractor, RMV was awarded a "Certificate of Appreciation for Outstanding Performance" during the Annual Ames Contractor Council Small Business Event held each year at NASA Ames Research Center.
One of only six companies invited to present, Renee Mitchell, President, briefed a select group of NASA civil servants, NASA prime contractors and subcontractors with their invited guests.
An overview of RMV's growth over the past several years was presented by Renee, with highlights of NASA contracts received by RMV, together with special invitations to present before the NASA Quality Leadership Forum (QLF), the Annual GIDEP Event for presentations on "Suspect Counterfeit Materials," the NASA Joint Audit Planning Committee (JAPC), and, most recently, two white papers on CubeSat Integrity for the NASA/Auburn Academy of AeroSpace Quality (AAQ).
Selected by Millenium Engineering to perform this unique engineering task because of RMV's outstanding team of ESD Subject Matter Experts, past performance and unique technology capabilities proved to be a win for MEI and a win for NASA.
Headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, NASA Ames awarded MEI a 250 million dollar contract for project and engineering support (PESS) in support of flight and mission projects and Research & Development in 2013.
Since 2008, RMV Technology Group LLC, a NASA Industry Partner, is located onsite at NASA Ames Research Park. RMV actively supports NASA in ESD Training, Testing, Consulting and Troubleshooting for different NASA sites. Most recently, RMV collaborated with Langley Research Center and Armstrong Flight Research Center to publish a "NASA GIDEP ADVISORY" on the "Cordless Wriststrap," being sold on multi-national internet sites around the globe.
